How to calculate condominium ownership share
Simple guide to understand ownership share, split charges, and avoid loose spreadsheet calculations.
Ownership share represents each unit's share of the building. For shared costs, the amount is usually calculated by multiplying the cost by the unit share and dividing by 1000.
Condo keeps units, ownership shares, fees, and charges in the same system, so every calculation has origin and history.
